WBEC Pacific respects your privacy and will never sell, misuse, or knowingly disclose your contact information to any third party without your consent or permission, or use any of your information for any unacceptable, illegal or questionable purpose, and will cooperate with applicable, enforceable, authorized and/or recognized law and order to ensure the security and protection of data, information, standards, procedures and conduct of business, partnerships, and binding agreements.
We uphold high standards of privacy, security and responsibility. In addition to our policies and procedures, we may be subject to the acceptable rules, regulations and requirements stated by affiliation, partnership, and service agreements with partners and service providers:

Levels of Privacy
1. Highly Confidential – A individual clearance or authorized access is required to access, manage or utilize data.
2. Confidential – An individual or group authorization is granted on a corporate or organizational level. Usually applies to communication, messaging and file systems.
3. Restricted Access – Permission to access, manage or utilize data is granted to qualified, authorized or designated users only.
4. Sensitive information – Pertaining to identifiable, contact, or account information not intended for public view.
5. Contact information – Data that is received, managed, utilized and optimized internally according to a given or specific purpose, within a reasonable time period. Date is archived or deleted upon expiration or non-renewal of the time period.
Two Types of Contact Information:
Private – Permission to access, manage and use information is granted to the first party only. Data is non-transferrable and not intended for public view. additional permissions may be requested as needed. Private contact lists, direct lines and executive email addresses are protected under this category.
Public – Permission is not necessarily required to use or share information that is already made available to the public, such as website address, sales emails and phone numbers, and customer service links.
Data Collection
Collection of data is limited to basic and minimal information needed to confirm, coordinate and complete the delivery of product or service, including applications, memberships, event registrations, and subscriptions.
Additional information may be requested prior or during and event, meeting, a video conference or webinar provided a disclaimer notice with the purpose and recipient of additional data.
Security Procedures
Additional layers of security are enforced on a per page and per project basis. Forms, pages, and sites that collect or request information are restricted from storing information. Submitted information is processed by a different service provider or sent to a separate server to protect identifiable information.
Third Party Organizations
WBEC Pacific provides information on other events and activities as a form of service to keep our beneficiaries, stakeholders, and audience informed of opportunities and resources in our business network. Registration for events, subscriptions, and lists on other websites, event pages, and services fall outside of WBEC Pacific’s jurisdiction and may be subject to the terms and standards of the organization receiving registration information.
Right to Contact, Serve, and Protect Data
WBEC Pacific reserves the right to receive, manage, utilize, evaluate, and protect information received from applications, forms, registration, and submissions that are consistent with our mission, standards, terms and purpose of data collection.
