WBEC Pacific proudly announces Jaymee Lomax as its new President and CEO. With over 25 years of experience championing women-owned businesses and building strong corporate alliances, Jaymee steps into this role with a clear vision for growth, opportunity, and economic impact across the Pacific region.
Before joining WBEC Pacific, Jaymee served as Regional Vice President of Community Development and Engagement at WBEC-West, leading initiatives that increased WBE participation and expanded partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Her work helped elevate WBEC-West’s profile as a leader in the supplier diversity space, creating real change across industries like technology, entertainment, renewable energy, and healthcare.
Jaymee’s career is anchored in a deep commitment to supplier inclusion. As a Senior Diversity Advisor at San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E), she built programs that connected diverse suppliers to real contracting opportunities, helping to reshape industry best practices.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jaymee actively serves on the Advisory Council for the Small Diverse Business Network, is a member of the Alliance of Community Leaders, and chairs the board of 21st Century STEM. Her leadership has earned her recognition from organizations including the SBA, City of San Diego, and multiple national advocacy groups.
Jaymee’s arrival signals the next chapter for WBEC Pacific. Her dedication to education, engagement, and economic opportunity will continue to fuel the success of certified WBEs across the region.
